Bio
Corinna Magee (Née Mc Carthy) was born in Bantry, Co. Cork in 1971. She studied Fine Art Painting at the Regional Technical College Sligo (now Sligo Institute of Technology) from 1996 to 1999.
Through the medium of acrylics, her paintings explore the rich megalithic heritage of the Irish landscape.
Corinna has participated in several group exhibitions in the North West and is currently working towards a solo exhibition.
She now lives and paints in County Donegal.
Magee has an aversion to artists statements, firmly believing if a visual artist can't say it visually, then they shouldn't say it at all, she also loathes writing bios in the 3rd person.
